Student Information Made Simple
Gradelink lets administrators easily store and manage student information. Multiple phone numbers, mailing and email addresses along with biographical data and more can be entered for a student. Once it's in the system, relevant information like parent names and phone numbers are available to the teachers.
Transcripts
Gradelink stores transcript data permanently whenever classes are concluded. Capable of displaying a complete academic record, transcripts can also show test scores, special awards, cumulative GPA, class rank and more. These transcripts can also be updated to allow for transferred or prior grades.
Easy come, easy go
Chances are you already have student information stored somewhere - names, phone numbers, adddresses - even transcript data. If you can export your data, we can usually import it when you begin using Gradelink, all free of charge! When you need to get your student contact data out, easily export it to Excel right from Gradelink - it's easy. Or choose one of our many reports including address labels, student roster and more.
