Gradelink is the Student Information System (SIS) that's easy to use. Administrators can easily store and manage student information. Multiple phone numbers, mailing and email addresses along with biographical data and more can be entered for each student. Once entered, relevant information like parent names and phone numbers are available to the teachers.
Medical Records
Gradelink offers a full featured medical section for tracking allergies, immunizations, medications, medical history, examinations like vision and hearing, and other related medical records. Now important student medical information is available anywhere you have internet access.
Counseling
The highly configurable counseling section offers flexible tracking of discipline, positive and negative behavior issues, merits, demerits, academic goals and more. Record incidents or meritorious behavior complete with dates, actions taken, people involved, etc.
Transcripts
Gradelink stores transcript data permanently whenever classes are concluded. Capable of displaying a complete academic record, transcripts can also show test scores, special awards, cumulative GPA, class rank and more. These transcripts can also be updated to allow for transferred or prior grades.
Easy come, easy go
Chances are you already have student information stored somewhere - names, phone numbers, addresses and more. If you can export your data, we can usually import it when you begin using Gradelink. When you need to get your student contact data out, easily export it to Excel right from Gradelink - it's easy. Or choose one of our many reports including address labels, student roster and more.
